  • Physical Therapy and/or Wellness RE-Evaluation & Treatment (needed if >60 days since visit, change of status or communication with referring physician needed) - 1 hour $155

  • Physical Therapy and/or Wellness Treatment (existing clients) - 1 hour $140

  • Physical Therapy and/or Wellness Treatment (existing clients - 30 min $90

  • Prepay packages available 5-pack of 1 hour Treatments - $675 - expires 12 months from date of purchase.

  • Dry needling fee - $35 annual supply fee - due at 1st dry needling session.

  • Strict 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. If less than 24-hour notice is provided full session fee will be charged.

  • Timely arrival to your appointment is critical to allow sufficient time to fulfill your needs.

Do you accept insurance? Dr. Peden is a fee-for-service provider and does not participate with insurance.  Services you receive at Wellness Wahine, LLC are considered out of network. Upon request, formal documentation for services provided and receipt for payment can be provided. ***Automobile Insurance and Workman’s Compensation policies are accepted on a per-case basis.

Do I need a prescription? Direct access allows for patients to receive physical therapy without a doctor's prescription for 30 days before consultation is required.  After 30 days, written referral is needed.  *Please note - Functional dry needling requires a physician referral, therefore if a patient desires this treatment it is his/her responsibility to obtain written referral.
